The holiday season is officially in full swing! As a reminder, both Southland Data Processing and the Federal Reserve will be closed on Christmas Day, Monday, December 25, 2023 and New Year’s Day, Monday, January 1, 2024.
Additionally, Southland Data Processing will be closing early on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 2:00 PM PT.
December Holiday Payroll Reminders:
- If your check date is December 25, 2023 you will need to move your check date to either Friday, December 22, 2023 or Tuesday, December 26, 2023.
- If your check date is Monday, January 1, 2024, you will need to move your check date to either Friday, December 29, 2023 or Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

- December 29 – Last Check Date of 2023; All Payrolls for 2023 Must be Submitted by This Date
