Next Thursday, November 22nd, the Federal Reserve Bank will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving. Please note that Southland Data Processing will also be closed on November 22nd and 23rd, and that all transfers will be pushed back for check dates on the holiday. Direct deposits will also not be live for payrolls with check dates of November 22nd.
We recommend you always check the Transfers section on your Payroll Summary report, which has the exact transfer amounts and dates. You can also contact your Customer Service Rep who can provide you with this information.
Thanksgiving Payroll Reminders:
- If your check date is November 22 (Federal Reserve Closed), you will need to move your check date to either Wednesday, November 21 or Friday, November 23.
- If your check date is Friday, November 23 and you would like to move it to Wednesday, November 21 to accommodate Black Friday shopping, please contact us to make the change and keep in mind that you will need to process payroll by 2:00 PM PDT on Monday, November 19th.
